Stephen Brookson

Stephen is a qualified and highly experienced accountant (BSc ACA) who started his career with KPMG before later joining Ernst & Young. He specialises in the provision of specifically tailored finance programmes for managers and senior teams. He designs initiatives that are focused on the financial dynamics of the client organisation and the business sector. He has deep expertise in the commercial and financial services sectors and has outstanding presentation / communication skills that enable potentially complex financial principles and practices to be understood by non-financial people.

Since leaving Ernst & Young management consulting he has developed, written and presented financial seminars and training events across many industries in both the public and private sectors, globally.

Stephen’s audiences range from groups of middle and senior managers through to one-to-one coaching of Board Directors. His work is either through MBA Programmes, Business Schools, Conference Organisers or simply initiated through word of mouth recommendation.

Louisa Moger

Over 20 years in the marketing sector. Louisa has a wealth of knowledge in strategic leadership and business management, marketing strategy and business transformation.

Following a successful career in media, Louisa’s career a slightly different direction when she became Marketing Director for Richard Edward Limited, a company her family founded in 1976. Here she redesigned the strategic direction of the company and led the change management and transformation programme that saw an ailing business restored to growth and profit.

After nine years, Louisa turned her focus to consulting and in 2006 became Managing Consultant at Evolve Consult Ltd. An expert strategist with a strong track record as a consultant, mentor and trainer she has an ability to grasp the bigger picture and deliver practical recommendations. Her training sessions and workshops are dynamic, energetic, expert and highly relevant. Louisa has an ability to cut through ‘business noise’ and focus on the issues that make a real difference to both individual learning and an organisation’s competitiveness. Her sector focus is broad, and she has worked extensively with clients in the UK and Europe, with a special focus on SME businesses.

Louisa’s current clients include Tetra Pak, Refinitiv, InnoEnergy and the Cabinet Office.

Louisa is a course tutor for the UK Chartered Institute of Marketing Academy. She teaches on Strategic Marketing and Marketing Leadership Programmes. Louisa also delivers on the Goldman Sachs 10,000 business program and Aston Business School business growth programs.

Mike Ashton

Mike Ashton works with clients in the UK, Europe, Asia and the Caribbean, and across diverse sectors including hotels, finance, manufacturing & technology, retail, consumer goods and government. Mike’s specialist areas include business strategy, brand management & marketing planning, product & portfolio management, customer experience strategy and change management. He is a qualified executive coach.

Mike’s commercial experience includes senior roles with some of the world’s leading brands including Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson and hotel giant Hilton International, where he was Senior Vice President, global marketing & brand management and a member of the board.

Mike is non-executive director and a trustee of UK charity Vitalise and chairman of their Brand & Commercial Development Group. Between 2012 – 2014 he was strategic advisor to the Welsh Government on brand strategy, inward investment and tourism.

Mike’s diverse experience and energetic presentation style have made him a popular course leader, keynote speaker and conference chair in the UK, Europe and the USA.

Mike is MBA, qualified and is a programme director with the Chartered Institute of Marketing. He is also a Fellow of the CIM.

Based in the UK, Mike is a family man and keen musician, playing drums with Beatles tribute band, The Dung Beatles.

Mike Boud

Mike focuses on designing and delivering bespoke leadership development programmes, frequently in support of strategic and cultural change. These programmes address critical organizational issues and renewal. His focus is on enabling participants to make a quantum shift in their mind-set and behaviours in order to effectively fulfil their evolving roles –towards creating business as unusual within an increasingly VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity) landscape. These programmes have successfully created a (sub) culture of innovation, client centricity and team engagement.

Mike’s experience includes the following initiatives:

  • Coaching and facilitating executive and emerging leaders at TNT, Atradius Credit, KPMG, NHS, Local Government and various social enterprises

  • Co-designed active leadership development program for key senior and middle mangers enabling them to successfully deliver their social enterprise’s radical new strategy – in the face of an unexpected, Government imposed integration between acute and primary care.

  • Facilitated Boards towards creating their new strategy together, transforming the command and control culture to devolved leadership.

  • Co-designed (with NHS Leadership Academy) and delivered programme to create internal change consultants.

  • Developed 5 national change programmes in support of the UK government workforce reform of schools, local authorities and their multi-agency partners.

  • Re-designed KPMG consulting skills development programme. Rolled out initiative across several geographies whilst developing a faculty of 50+ international facilitators and coaches. [This programme won the Dutch knowledge award, helped to add £20m to the UK bottom line and was extended into clients (Reuters, MOD, Siemens , Airbus)]

  • Scriptwriter of online programmes with Emoque, Plymouth and Mar Jon Uni – for example “Enabling Leadership for Disruptive Times”.

Paul Elkin

Paul is qualified as an accountant (FCMA) but having ‘shaken off the abacus’ has spent the majority of his career working in executive and consultant roles helping corporate teams to radically improve business performance.

Paul founded TMMp – a niche global consultancy firm formed to focus on corporate performance management, ‘C-level’ B2B customer engagement capability and senior management development initiatives. He is Joint Managing Partner

Paul has held a broad range of senior management roles in both public and varying private sector industries with UK and US businesses plus three years with PwC Management Consultancy Services.

Outside of work Paul spends most of his time ‘coaching the family team’, involvements in charismatic Christian church activities and travel.

His expertise includes:

  • Review of corporate, business unit and market strategy

  • Design, authoring and delivery of assessment / development centres

  • Senior executive development programmes

  • Development of ‘Key Account’ sales opportunity pursuit strategies and ‘C’-level engagement capability
