The Context The core objectives are to :

  • Enhance awareness and capability in the application of a series of practical performance review and planning techniques.
  • Provide a broader awareness of the Nutricia business and recognition of the key driving forces for corporate success.
  • Consider alternative approaches to achieving marketplace advantage, including product / service differentiation strategies, competitor benchmarking and customer needs satisfaction.
  • Examine the principles of effective financial performance appraisal and decision taking.
  • To directly support the ongoing personal and Nutricia business development.
